Dspaco Inc. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Dspaco Inc. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dspaco Inc. from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
Dspaco Inc. may terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also terminate your Account at any time. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Dubai and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
